Hello..
for several time in the last few weeks BSOD happen to my pc.

It says:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a 00000000`069dfc28 00000000`0000000f 00000000`00000000 fffff800`03433b60 hal.dll hal.dll+1db60

I don't know what happen, but this occur since I install new GPU...

so here is the dump file:

this is the last driver but it looks like something else may have corrupted its memory.

looking at your drivers list: you have 8 overclocking drivers running
remove all of them:
