Hi guys !
I have recently purchased a Ducky Shine 4 keyboard. I got into the issue which is the led of CTRL and ScrLk doesn't light up (they are not dead, when I press them the led light up) and somehow my Ctrl key is working as Capslock.
Can someone show me the tutorial for led mode and key assignment of this keyboard !?
Thanks in advance !

Solution
For the left ctrl and capslock:
Turn over your keyboard and check if DIP 1 is not pushed up towards ON. it should be away from ON to be off.
With the Ducky Shine 4 , I would keep and read the manual/guide that comes with it.

Check your device manager and see if you have any question mark for a usb keyboard. If you do, right click it and choose "update driver software".

Thank you ! Your answer help me to deal with the Ctrl/Caps issue
I would like to ask you one more thing: My ScrLk and NumLk are in different color and my Caps is off (lighted up when I press it), is this default or because I have mod something ? And I left the manual along with the box in my friend's place so that I would want to know all DIP should be off as default setting ?

If it is not working functionally, I would go back to where you bought the keyboard and ask for a RMA and a replacement keyboard. I recently had to RMA my Shine 4 as it was malfunctioning.
The Scrlk, NumLk and caps lock's led is meant to be off when it is not active and on when it is depending on what light mode you have on.
The Scrlk, NumLk and Caplk are meant to be a purplish colour when on normally. There are certain light mode where they will follow the pattern such as the rainbow wave mode.
