I've recently noticed that my upload speed is extremely slow. I clocked it and found that it's only at around 2 mbps. My laptop on the same network is usually between 22-25 mbps. I've been browsing around trying to find a solution and have gone through here a lot. Found one that said sometimes it can be your anti virus causing the issue, so I booted into safe mode with networking and ran the speed test again. It was between 22-25 mbps in safe mode. How do I figure out what's causing the issue in normal mode compared to safe mode? Thanks for the help!
