So I've been trying to get help fixing my graphics card on here, and I'm starting to suspect the card might have failed, in which case I need to get a new one.
I was hoping someone on here might be able to suggest a decently priced card for a replacement.

My system specs are:
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor
12 Gb ram
Asrock 870 extreme motherboard
1 tb/7200 rpm samsung hdd

Any suggestions would be great, as I'm probably going to need to order this card as soon as I can.

How much is 'decently priced'?
And where do you live?
This handy chart will give you a good idea as to what cards to look at: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/gaming-graphics-card-review,review-32899-7.html
As a direct replacement the R7 260X or GTX750Ti class will be good.
As a fairly inexpensive upgrade either the R9 270X or R9 280 are also good with the GTX960 being as fast as you should go, anything faster will be noticeably held back by the current CPU.
