Recently I have saved up enough money to start upgrade my current PC, but when I try and run programs or simply use chrome, it is horribly slow. I need help to find the bottlenecks of my system. I would like to eventually be able to play games like Counter-Strike and such with high fps on max settings. I am planning on purchasing a GTX 970, but am wondering what I should upgrade first in order to get the biggest performance boost on my system.

CPU: i7-4790k @ 4.00 GHz
MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 3
RAM: 2 sticks of 2GB DDR3 GU512303EP0202 (info from passmark)
2 Sticksof 2GB DDR25Crucial CT25664BA1339.M8FD
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570
HDD: WDC WD10EADS-22M2B0
