Honestly I would go with the corsair, Yes the Kraken is better but not worth 40 Extra, The corsair has a five year warranty and the kraken has a six year warranty.
These are both really good coolers I would go for the corsair out of personal experiences with corsair but Kraken is also a great company so you go for whatever you like more,
