i dont know what to do, all i can do it move my mouse and thats is not choices or windows or anything just blackish and grayish and my white mouse, i tried to let it stay on for hours but once it begins it just slows and slows and restarts within a minute or two, please help i dont know what to do anymore!
my screen just starts fine then when i get choice like safe mode or safe mode with networking and normal startup i choose norm
