cpu red light asus m5a99x evo 2.0

I'm having a solid CPU red light in my asus m5a99x evo 2.0 all components are new:
case nzxt S340
CPU AMD FX 8350
GPU Sapphire R9 280
16 (2x8)GB DDR3 1866 Kingston Hyperx Fury
SSD Crucial BX100 250MB
PSU Corsair CX 750
Checked that CPU has no pin damaged, Installed correctly Triangle with triangle.Took it out, cleaned the thermal compound, applied new, but still not showing even the bios screen. Monitor is not detecting any signal.

Any Idea? Please help

Thanks for the quick answer.
Disconnected, all SATA, USB, Audio, etc. removed RAM, only CPU and Graphic card. 24 pin ATX connected, 8 pin connected also.
As soon as I turn the power on, the red light is there.
Took out the Processor, triple checked that there is no pin bended. Cleaned, thermal compound that came with the CPU cooler, and put new thermal compound
Monitors are not detecting signal at any time. All fans from CPU, both in Graphic card and both in chasis are working.
No way I can get another CPU borrowed to check. It it is new.

Well, it was the motherboard. Benched it, an step by step removed every component until it was only the processor, and still was showing the CPU red solid light.
Ordered a replacement to Amazon, and this one worked perfect.
Thanks for the help.
