I want to be able to do all of this so I can start my YouTube channel. I don't really have any experience or expertise in any of these departments whatsoever, but I decided to customly build one online, If you guys could review and give your opinions that would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advanced.

why a 4 gen old GPU? even a 960 would be much better than that old 660.
the i7is great, other than the GPU all I can see is adding an SSD and killing that power supply with a axe before it costs you more money than its worth.
give me 20Mins And I will get you a better cheaper build

-Great system for gaming/streaming/recording.

Do I need a CPU Cooler?

Wrong. I used stock cooler on my 3570K @ 3.8Ghz. for a long time and it was cool and quiet.

Thanks so much guys, I will now add that to my cart. Hopefully I'll ask my brother's friend to build it for me, I don' t want to risk destroying anything.

Then you've had better experience with them than I. lowest temps I've had with them on my personal rig was mid 30s-low 40's while idle.

EDIT:

also the 212 evo won't fit into that cheap case you picked just fyi.
