6 core @3.7Ghz vs 4 core @4.1Ghz Phenom x6 1100t

I don't know which is better but I'm feeling the 4 core would be best. However if I were to go the 4 core route, which 2 cores should I disable in the bios.

For gaming - 4 fast cores is best. For video editing 6 cores is best.

Thanks! but which cores should I disable in Bios. And Im going to be playing bf4 and currently with my 6 core my usage is already 80%
how will this turn out when I have the 4 core set

I understand this will be a good performance boost for arma 3 but will this be harmful in bf4 because it uses more than 4 cores

my 6 core my usage is already 80% - use HWInfo - Sensors to see what cores are at 80%

threads dont mean much for battlefield 4. ipc means everything. it has been quite a long debate for intel i7 users as to disable hyperthreading or leave it on.
