No display and debug code 01 61 55 on msi gaming 5

My pc was fine sold my case now assembled pc without case on mobo box but this issue arise my moniter keep changing from dvi to analog and then blank screen all pc is runing all fans lights working but no display the debug led on board showing 01 61 55 and keeps repeating
My specs are
I5 4430
Msi z97 gaming 5
Gigabyte gtx 960
Gskill ripjaws 8gb 4x2gb
Thermaltake 600 watts psu
Moniter is samsung s20b300

It sounds like your graphics card is not seated correctly, I had to return 2 motherboards before I my one worked correct, 1: Z87 Mpower & Z97 Mpower Max Ac. Amazon where Fabulose and just exchanged it for me.

Mybe their is a problem with the PC 1 slot ? But I did try it in all of the slots. Hope this helps. Code : 10-00-55
