$650 graphic design/gaming build

This is the first time for me with PCs. I can't justify spending 2000 on a crappy macbook and i need an upgrade before school starts back up. My budget is 650 and i came up with a build, but i wanted to get some advice on it considering ive never done this before. Heres what i came up with:

with your budget and considering graphics i would stick with the fx 8 core. though that evga b2 unit is very good, i would rather have a seasonic any day.

would that be able to handle all my graphic design software and gaming? I know AMDs run a little hot which is why i added the cooler master

How much would an i5 run me for? i dont want to go too over my budget, cause i know they can be a bit more expensive
