Will my PSU be enough for the upgrade i planned? And will this RIG even work together?

Hello everyone,
I tried myself to calculate the total wat usage my RIG will have with the new parts im planning to buy, but i found it most difficult, as im still somewhat of a noob on this field. I wondered if you guys could help me through it. I have a 650W PSU from Superpower that i got in the pre-built pc i bought like 5 years ago.

My current specs are:
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor
RAM 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz
ASRock N68C-S UCC (CPUSocket) Motherboard
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (MSI) GPU
931GB Hitachi HDS721010CLA SCSI Disk Device (SATA) Storage

I planned to buy these two replacements:
INTEL: Core i5-4690K - 3,5 GHz - Socket 1150 - Prozessor (BX80646I54690K) Quad-Core
GIGABYTE B85M-D3H Socket1150 B85 4xDDR3 PCI-E USB3 OR
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z97X-UD3H-CF (SOCKET 0) (twice as expensive, i dont know if it makes that big of a difference, it was suggested by a friend)

So the new RIG would be:
INTEL: Core i5-4690K - 3,5 GHz - Socket 1150 - Prozessor (BX80646I54690K) Quad-Core
RAM 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 669MHz
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z97X-UD3H-CF (SOCKET 0) Motherboard
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (MSI) GPU
931GB Hitachi HDS721010CLA SCSI Disk Device (SATA) Storage

The GPU is kinda old, but im totally ok with game graphics looking bad in favor of playable fps.
So the two questions i want to ask are:
1.Will my PSU be enough for the upgrade i planned?
2.Will this RIG even work together?

Thank you for reading.

Your old PSU really is considered as a 600W maximum. The PSUs that you linked are crappy units; be very leary whenever you see a 650W PSU that has a single PCIe 6pin connector; a real 650W PSU should provide at least two PCIe 6+2pin connectors.

Here's a quality PSU...

It is a Superpower SPS-650SP. There is also a chart there, telling this:
l1C~__l__________Voltage_______l_______Current_______l_______Frequency______l
lInput__l__________230v~________l_______4.5A_________l_______50-60 Hz_______l
l+3,3V_l_+5V___l___+12V1___l__+12V2__l__+12V3__l_+12V4_l__-12V___l___+5Vsb__l
l28A___l_28A___l___18A_____l___18A___l___18A___l___18A__l__0.8A__l___2,5A____l
l__Max 150 W__l_______________Max 550 W_______________l_____Max 20W______l

Im sorry if this is too sloppy, I can try doing a proper chart with a program and upload that here if this is too unclear.

What's important is the four 12V rails at 18A each which is impossible since the max. is 550W and 12*18*4*=864W. What you have is an older P4 PSU where 3.3V and 5V were more important than 12V. It will work, but I'd replace it with a quality and efficient PSU. What quality PSUs are available where you live?

Well that depends on how many wats its supposed to have to work properly. For 650 there are

Just something i searched up real quick. Im not too sure about how much it should cost, so i looked for around 50 euro.
I would really like to save those right now, the Motherboard and CPU im planning to buy are already hurting my wallet pretty badly, so i would rather buy the PSU at a later time or when i really have to. If you say it will work, then I will save out on buying another PSU. That being said, im good to go on buying the parts and they will work with my RIG?

I usually refrain from OC, so it should be alright.
