can my psu burn my gpu?

hello guys i recently boguht a gtx 960 windforce x2 and i also have a psu from coolermaster b700 along with 8 gigs of ram and an i5 3450 i wont even use OC can my psu burn my gpu? it has every kind of protectino like Fully protection ( OCP/OVP/SCP/OPP ) with build-in Over Temperature Protection ( OTP )

in rare situations yes when the psu is old , but you are completly protected and i suggest to keep ur psu because the evga 600b has some cheap capacitor .

i just bought that psu and i have 3 years warranty and it has all the requirements protectino and it was released quiet recently

yes i know i must but i worry about my psu and i dont want to spend another 100 euro on a psu so then i wont have money for a proper cpu

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-960/specifications the 960 recommend 400w as a minimum psu wattage and u have 700w so i think that will be handled

if u wanna use OC i suggest to go for a corsair psu for better quality , if not i dont see any problem with ur b700

, your PSU will handle it without issues
