My Hard Drive cant continue to windows 7 to my friends desktop. but 100% working on my own desktop

i want to help my friend about his desktop pc. his pc wont continue to windows 7 so i tried my own hard drive to plug in and test if its gonna work.
their is a "safe mode, safe mode with networking etc....etc then i choose start windows normally but it cant continue to windows but in
my desktop its working normaly and smooth. please help...god bless

Your drive is tied to your other systems motherboard, so booting windows won't always work using the same drive on another system. I would try using any restore functions that are on your friends system first, then if none of those work try just doing a fresh install of windows, and if you still are having the problem it is most likely a bad drive.

@eatmupie - Thanks man. but actually I just want to figure it out what would be the problem in my friends pc, is it the mobo or the hard drive. his pc wont continue to windows just bios. I've already tried to change his SATA cables and SATA slots. still wont work, formatting the drive wont work too

Hard drive controller settings in BIOS do not match, examples of different settings are, SATA, ATA, AHCI, RAID, or IDE. Not all BIOS allow the ability to change settings. If you are able to find setting the fix is changing ATA to AHCI or AHCI to ATA in BIOS then reboot.
