I am looking for an upgrade to my old CPU. I have an AMD Athlon x4 750k and it is slightly overclocked to 4.1 GHz. I am looking for a CPU that would work great with games as well as things like 3D rendering (cinema 4d) and video editing (generally Sony Vegas). I know that I will have to replace my motherboard and I don't care if the CPU is AMD or Intel, I'm just looking for the best CPU under $150.

Ram: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance
Power Supply: Corsair 500W power supply
