Reset the CMOS (pull the battery or jump the pins).
Make sure you have at least a 500W PSU and the two 6-pin connectors are connected properly.

reset my CMOS and it's still now working. My power supply says max 500w so that could be the problem. Also by the two six pin power adapter things do you mean the two six pines ones that go into the eight pin cord because there is not two six pined holes there is a six and an eight
