My computer had water spilled on it from the top. It's been 2 weeks and it powers on but won't boot up

most likely the motherboard, or graphics card shorted out and blew. Do u mean boot as in get to the OS or it will not POST or have a display show up. If its post then the board, if display then gpu, if boot then HDD or something else. Could be anything, my friend had koolaid spilled on his and luckily his top fan took the most of the spill and his gpu had a backplate so helped a little.
