Hello, I am having issues with my gtx 760 since i bought it.
In some games (Assassins creed unity, far cry 4) i get some kind of static interference or something like a no signal old TV but real smooth in the backround, the story cenes from the games also have fps drops and bad quality with no reason (like the death or switching character animation on GTAV I get a LOT of that interference but only in those animations)
I am using HDMI
My monitor has 60hz 1920x1080

My specs are:
i5 4590
Asus gtx 760 DC II OC 2GB
H97 asrock performance
8GB ram
1 120GB ssd
1 1TB HDD

Solution
These bugs are known as artifacts.

There is just a hardware problem with your graphics card when it undergoes a certain degree of load. Nothing really you can do, last time I had an artifacted card I had to RMA it. Could be because of age, the GTX 760 isn't exactly new. If it's still under warranty, send it in. If not.... better start saving for a GTX 960.

Well ive been looking every single forum and googled this problem on 632572 ways and found nothing that looked like this at all, my "artifacts" only ocur on certain games, not on the most demanding ones, i get it on far cry 4 on Assassins creed unity but never on Witcher. It doesnt look like normal artifacts because it looks like a white noise on the screen.
I have the most recent drivers and have tried over/downclocking to fix this and nothing worked at all.
The problem is not the temperatures, even with the card at 50ºC still does it and does no more by running at 80
