Instead of getting a locked i7, you could get a Xeon instead, they are almost identical except for the fact that the Xeon doesn't have integrated graphics which doesn't really matter when you have a dedicated graphics card.

Along with that, if you aren't planning on going SLI soon, you could switch over to an H97 based mobo which will not allow overclocking or SLI/Crossfire but lower the price considerably.

A third thing is that I would personally go for a better power supply, the less expensive corsair PSUs are not very good at all, instead I would suggest an EVGA B2 750W unit, or an XFX 550W unit.

If you already have the PSU and Case then you don't have to take too much consideration to my last point, a 450W PSU can still run the...
