What is the best budget headset at the moment. FPS Gaming

I want to spend around [strike]$100[/strike] $150 AUD for a good headset used for CS:GO
I'm thinking about getting the HyperX Cloud II.
What do you guys suggest/use for CS:GO and why is it the best headset in the price range at the moment?

I don't really mind about the mic quality, but I can attach the Zalman to the Cloud2's very easily since their mic is detachable.
Also, I dont mind spending up to $150.
Would you recommend the Cloud2's with the zalman mic?

Would you recommend spending the extra $50 and getting the G4ME ZEROS?
I have seen many positive reviews and many pro gamers seem to use them

Sorry one question, would an amp be required? or a sound card?
Apparently they require quite alot of power.
My mobo isn't very good, its a Gigabyte b85m-d3h
