So I've decided this month to OC my FX-6300. I used AMD Catalyst Control Center to OC it, and when it was finished, it OC'd to 4000 MHz. I rebooted my PC, and began to test out a couple of programs.
Google Chrome ran more smoothly and more responsive. Skype and a few other programs launched more faster, and the overall vibe I felt was that my computer felt a bit more faster.
But when I go and play games on Steam (Ex: NBA 2K15, Minecraft, etc.) the single player was fast and stuttery. I don't know how to fix this issue, and I hope you guys can help resolve my issue with me.
