BSOD at random times .. with random .sys error

I have recently upgraded my pc with a new gpu gtx 970 amp extreme edition.
Did a new clean installation of windows 7 for about 15 times but still getting BSOD .
I'm able to use pc through safe mode and at times even play gta v and witcher 3 on the pc.
The BSOD are occuring randomly.
I have ran the memory diagnostic tool but didnt get any errors.
Checked my hard disks for errors too.
After BSOD even if my pc boots , all my applications crash when i try to open them.. like vlc , chrome ,speccy etc.
Please help me.

What is your PSU? Are you OC'ing anything?

Have you checked within Windows event viewer to see where the BSODs are stemming from? Have you checked the BSOD log files that are created?

have you tried resetting the CMOS battery on your motherboard? also try running it with one stick of RAM in your system

I have a 600w psu cooler master.
I havent over clocked gpu.. not thinking of doing it either..

I have a 600w psu and i haven't over clocked my gpu .. i dont know how to check the bsod log files .. from what i have learnt the bsod are stemming from different .sys files like ntfs and a lot of others that i dont remember .
I have uploaded the mini dump files , please let me know if they are of any help..

You should check within Windows Event Viewer and filter the system view to show only any warning or critical messages around the time it crashes. It might show you what is causing it.

There seem to be alot of errors and warnings.. Is there any way to send them to u?

i have been having a bit of problem with my gpu drivers as well .. alot of people seem to have it too .. the kernel mode error ... i am in the latest gpu driver version and have tried the old ones as well .. but those kernel mode errors keep on happening ..

There are a lot of references to a 16GB Transcend memory stick causing critical issues on your USB hub. That could be causing all your problems. Keep it disconnected from your system and see if things improve.

Aside from that there are other references to Error 41: Kernel Power failures, which could indicate PSU problems. Try unplugging unrequired components like additional fans, DVD drive, extra hard drives etc. and see if things settle down with them out of the picture.

I have a 600w supply as i told earlier .
I have about three fans of about 12V and two hard disks and a DVD drive.. isnt my psu enough to handle that?

My area is prone to power cuts due to heavy rainfall .. can that be a reason for Error 41: Kernel Power failures ??

Yeah 600w should be enough, but if there is a fault on one of those connectors, then it could have a knock-on affect on the voltages across your whole system. By removing additional components from the equation, there is less chance of the faulty connection/device causing the same problem. If it does help.... then you have to add each removed component one at a time until you can find out what is the cause. It's a process of elimination. Then again, it could be nothing to do with the PSU, but you have to try these things, and that's what I would do first. Source ~ IT engineer.

thanks alot for the help .. But have one more question .. can a RAM be faulty even if it passes the memory diagnostic tool with no errors?

That would be unusual. I would not suspect that. However you can have instances when the RAM is not seated correctly, and will still function, but may cause issues if not fully seated in its DIMM slot.
