How much power supply do I need for this configuration?

I'm planning on getting an ASUS A88XM-plus motheboard, Amd X4 860K cpu and Sapphire R9 280 3GB video card...so how much power supply would be enough...450-500W?..would 650W be an overkill?
I'm also thinking in between Antec 902 V3 case and a cheaper LC Power Gaming 975b Air wing Midi...how much quality difference is there in between these two?
Also, how much improvement is there in between this card and my current one, also sapphire r7 265 2gb?

I'm from Croatia, so we have a limited supply here...would you recommend ANTEC VP600P, 600W ATX v2.3, 120mm vent...It's quite a bit cheaper than the others, but that worries me a bit.

Graphics card is from another site, it costs something around 1700 kn...I think it's pretty much best mid quality/price I can find.
I'm also thinking in between this and
Asus H81 plus Motherboard and Intel G3258 cpu.
The way I understand it, this combo is more effective and a bit cheaper...my biggest problem is with how double core cpu's are getting obsolete, If I'm correct?
Anyway I'm looking at around 2500 kn budget for case+power supply+hdd+mother board+cpu.
Really appreciate this.

Soooo...few questions.
How much difference is there a big difference between this motherboard and H81 plus...I have 2 two sticks of 8 Ram, 1600 Mhz, don't really need more.
I've been thinking in between these two cases http://www.links.hr/artikl-052.643.098 and http://www.links.hr/?option=aukcija&page=jedanartikl&id_aukcija=1530&id_artikl=810.000.674
Is this simply a matter of aesthetics?
As for GPU, which one is better Sapphire r9 280 3GB, OR R9 285 2GB... That extra 1GB seems handy for games that need to load more textures, like Witcher III or GTA V, if I'm correct?

The only difference is that one maybe has more connectors such as SATA connectors for HDD or more fans connectors, so just pick the motherboard that has all the connectors you will need.

The LC is better, and no its not just about Aesthetics, there are many factors when picking a case, such as how many fans does it have pre-installed, does it have dust fillters , is the air flow good, where do ypu install PSU on top or the bottom (bottom is better), does it have tool-less HDD install, does it have Cable management holes...

If you are on 1080p monitor or less 1gg more of VRAM wont make any diffrence os R9 285 would be better
