Want to know is configuration of my build for my first pc is correct or not????

I am thinking to build my first PC my budget is around 40-45k. My PC specs are:
Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 MOTHERBOARD, Rs.8350
Processor : AMD FX 8320 8 CORE PROCESSOR, Rs.11499
Ram : Kingston Value Ram 4 GB 1333mhz pc3-10600 DDR3 NON-ECC CL4 DIMM SRX8 Desktop Memory, Rs.2350
Cabinet : Cooler Master Elite 311 CPU cabinet, Rs.2880
PSU : Corsair VS 550 SMPS, Rs.3191
Harddisk : WD CAVIAR green 1 TB desktop internal drive WD10EZRX, Rs.3640
Monitor : Benq VW2245Z 21.5 inch Led Monitor, Rs.7500
I want to know my overall specs for my first PC is correct or not and till now I have not choose and GPU. Please suggest me some. And give me some ideas so that my budget will come down to 40K. Please help me I will be thankful to you!!!!!

They are almost the same, go with FX 8320, it's cheaper and has same overclocking ability and same performance.

Get a CPU cooler for money you save on FX 8320.

Try to get FX 8320E, it runs cooler.

Get at least 4GB more RAM, if you intend to use that computer for gaming.

WD Green HDDs are very slow, get a WD Blue or Seagate Barracuda.

I will let someone else suggest a GPU, for around 100 USD I can't find a 'good' GPU.

Thanks for replying I will do the same you told me and please told someone to suggest me some GPU around 6-7k. And last ques the configuration after adding the parts you suggest me is correct or not???
