Well, my build is
http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/B6dFnQ

My budget should be around 1500 au dollars if possible but willing to spend a bit more.
I need a small case for travel.

I am building a PC for the first time. Will the hadron hydro work without watercooling since I am getting it cheaper than the hadron air. I need these parts in the next 2-3 days in Australia, since I plan to take this PC back to India can you be sure of this by buying from a particular website will give you the parts faster? I am residing in Brisbane. Any help on how the importing process for PCS is?
Can I take this rig as checkin luggage?

P.S. Is it worth waiting for the AMD 300 since it is only a rebrand? I need these parts quick...

I see no reason why it would not work with air cooling. That cooler you chose is not very good though, especially if you intend to overclock any. Here are the changes, that I would make, if you really want that case.
