Okay so I did downloaded regular file which was always fine, basically a mod for GTA5. My Firefox become infected, homepage, couldnt close pages neither firefox, no extensions neither plugins though and even in config
lugins some things were messing up not to mention cpuminer in 2 different locations.
So I runned Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Hitman Pro, NOD32, Windows Defender and couple more 30 day trials softwares including CCleaner. I kinda fixed that although cpuminer wasnt recognized so I needed to google about that and trace real location, remove manually and then everything was fine.
Today I decided to go back on Chrome and I was getting weird message with purple screen that something went wrong. I did reinstalled Adobe Flash etc and it seems fine now.

My problem and question is that in meaning time while I was resolving that I found about sfc/scannow command which should fix some issues or atleast recognize them.
After running that in both OS and Safemode I was recieving error "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios".
Then I found about "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth", I runned that and apparently did fixed everything, after that sfc /scannow was fine without error detected - Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations !
My question is what could possible be wrong there ?
Only thing which I was messing up system was disabling SuperFetch feature, and dont worry, I know what that feature does but disabling that I got smooth performance in games, no shutters anymore despite higher FPS. On both my gaming PC and laptop. I recommended that to my friends and they are so suprised with performance boost.
