Hi everyone,
My laptop (Thinkpad t440s) started running slowly and freezes since 2 weeks ago, so I checked my hard disk status with HD TUNE PRO, and got a warning message on (C4) Reallocated Event Count. So I sent my machine back to Lenovo depot repair center and told them my concern. However according to the report they provided and the returned machine, they didn't test my disk and I now have the same warning message on the same item. The thing I am confused is that this disk passed the S.M.A.R.T test with SeaTools. So is the HD TUNE giving false warning? I am considering to sent to Lenovo again, but I don't want to bother if HD Tune is giving the false warning.

Sorry but the forum didn't allow me to insert an image, the links of HD Tune test and SeaTools test are:
