MSI GTX 970 black screen/ fast flickering

I'm not exactly sure how to describe what happens, but every day or two my computer pops up with the notification that my graphics drivers stopped working and my computer locks up, screen turns black, then I have to do a hard shut down. I've had the card since around... January and I hadn't had any problems when I bought it/ up until recently. The black screening/ flickering happens at any time, and sometimes even when booting up from putting my computer on standby.

Specs-
GPU: MSI GTX 970
CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3
Memory: 16.00GB
OS: WIndows 7 Home Premium
Driver: 347.88

I was previously using a newer driver and made a post on a forum about the drivers crashing and someone had recommended rolling back to 347.88 or anything before that, but I'm still having some problems with the driver I'm on now.

As far as I know, yes. I'll try updating drivers to 353.06 in a little bit and see how it goes. If driver updates don't work, should I consider doing an RMA on the card?
