Here is a build Ive put together. The games i am going to play are primarily league, smite, and steam games. Is this a good build? Too expensive, any suggestions? Ive never built a computer before, so I am a noob at this Budget pref 800-900, but 1000 ok too. I need a monitor and Wifi, as you can see in the list. Thank you!

Changes:
Upgraded Processor to 4590
Upgraded Mobo to a H97
Upgraded SSD to SanDisk Ultra 2 (~20% slower than Samsung 850 EVO, which is 20 dollars more)
Changed Graphics Card brand
Changed case to a cheaper and better one (300R is supposed to be more than 65 dollars, but it's on sale right now)
Changed Optical Drive brand

That's it, basically.
