Cpu and gpu temperature help

So I'm gaming on my laptop and I'm getting temperature from 85 - 90 on my cpu and 55 to 63 on gpu, is this normal specs i7 4800MQ cpu and GTX 870M

Your CPU temps seem high, the GPU seems within normal ranges. You may need a USB connected cooler to place underneath your laptop to help cool it.

A CPU running at that level under stress is high. I have an i7 4790k and under stress it doesn't go above 65 C.

No, I don't think its broken. Just try to cool a little better or you will have problems down the road.

while watching youtube videos ar 1080p and searching the net it's at 45 - 50 but when I game it's sky high thanks again for your help

Just put my laptop fan on maximum speed and my cpu temperatures is around 74-78 now
