My specs are
i3
4gb ram
1gb Amd Radeon Hd7450M graphics
I don't care about frame rate i can play it if game will lag plzz help me guys

If you've purchased the game already, then you're free to try it. As I said before, I think even on low settings you'll have choppy framerates. If that's acceptable for you then go for it. You'll just have to see if the game will turn on.

Afraid you have to upgrade everything for any decent performance. I'd recommend an i5 4690, 2x4GB RAM, and a 970/280x for 1080p/60Hz.
