I have just bought some new 4GB RAM. I added it to my other 4GB RAM, but everytime I power the PC up, there is no display, and the CPU fan runs real loud. I took out the 1st RAM that I originally had, and put the new one in by itself, but it still does the same thing. Both of the RAM are the same Model #. Any help please?

If problems with the new, even by itself, then may have a bad stick. Also mixing DRAM from different packages is never a good idea anyway as stated from above. DRAM in a single package is tested to play nice, mixing packages = NO guarantees
What version of Windows are you running? Also, is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
Please write everything that is on the labels on both ram sticks and post it on this thread, you might have unmatched speeds of RAM.
How many RAM slots do you have? Two or Four? If four slots, which slots are you putting each stick?
How dusty is the inside of your computer? Lots of dust and cause a connection break on one of the pins.
