Which cheap but effective brand of spray paint/any recommended paint should I use to color my fans etc.

Once the blades start spinning, is gonna be a blur, nobody will see it. AND THEN, you are going to spray paint the blades WITHOUT disassembling it?
But OK, plastic blades should be painted with paint made for plastics which is widely available. Hopefully it won't peel off in six month and make your rig look like s**t.

Well, in the daytime when it's a blur, I will see it. Second, I was thinking about taping the parts I don't want spray painted 3 times then spray painting it so the parts taped won't get spray painted. However, you prove a good point, if it does peel, then I'm pretty much fuc***...
