well i have the stock cooler reach 6500 rpm and it is very loud and i was thinking about getting an aftermarket cpu cooler the hyper 212 will not fit in my case and i am not going to overclock so i am going to get a hyper t4 so is it good i am not going to buy a liquid cooler and i have 3 case fans if you said to put them my cpu is fx 8320 idle 30_32 full load 73_75

The stock cooler does a decent job at cooling the processor, but any halfway decent aftermarket cooling solution powered by a 120mm fan is going to do a better job.

Even something with a 92mm will probably do the trick, like the Thermalright Macho 90.

Go online and look at what a NH-D14 or a NH-U14S looks like. I have one cooling a 6300 and the other paired up with an 8320. Those are the types of hsf's to use with an AMD six or eight core cpu's.

No 92 mm tower cooler is going to keep a AMD six or eight core cpu cool with any kind of an overclock. I wouldn't use one at stock speeds to be honest.

I don't care if he isn't overclocking. At full load a 8320 produces a crap load of heat that has to be dissipated. A 92 mm cooler I wouldn't even recommend using with a four core cpu let alone six or eight.
