I want to build a gaming pc for 300 to 350 dollars that can run games at 60fps (I don't care If I have to bring down my graphics.) I am new to pc building so I don't know which parts to buy. (This is my first build by the way.) Any parts near Ireland would be nice to reduce shipping costs. Thanks in advance!

Hi, go with an AMD A10 series Desktop preocessor. And all compatible hardware. If you know and area ready to assemble your own pc, do it.
For A10, you dont need additional graphics card, and yes I am pretty sure that you will be able play most of the games without any issues. (ive played AC Black Flag, Most wanted 2 with high setting @ 40+ fps)

NEVER skimp on a PSU. Get a good quality one like this. I had to learn the hard way for going cheap on a case psu back then ;)

Hi, thanks for the response, 60 fps is not very important to me since I am not playing very graphic intense games, I just wish to play at atleast 40+ fps. Probably the only intensive game I want to play (Obiously can't play on ultra) is gta 5.
Also I want it to be a little better than a ps4. I have a monitor but not windows sadly.

Thanks for you help.
