all drivers are up to day. all settings are on low or disabled with the exception of sampling, which is 100%.
i have a
evga gtx 970 FTW SC
16g kingston hyperX ram.
plenty of hard drive space yadda yadda.
amd FX(tm)-4130 quadcore 3.80ghz.
i did the notepad, change max frames ahead to 1 and whatever. i put those special run codes in the startup thing.
i get around 48 frames in towns, but the minute 5 or 6 people join the game, i drop down to mid 20s. anything after that is 9-15 at best. this goes for modded versions and regular games.
what should i do to better my preformance?
