I'm building a PC soon, and i was wondering that the PC i'm building will be enough to game, on to stream on, to record videos, and to edit the videos.
I'm on a $1200 budget the $1000 dollar of that budget will go toward the PC and the rest will go to peripherals.

Here is the PC I'm building:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/MWF4Q7

If you can't get the link to work:

Cpu: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor ($330.00)
Cpu cooler: none (going to use stock cooler)
Motherboard: MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($140.00)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($60.00)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($50.00)
Video card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card ($200)
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case ($48)
Power supply: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($35)
Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($19)
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 OEM (64-bit) ($89)
Case fan: Corsair Air Series AF120 Red 52.2 CFM 120mm Fan ($13)
Monitor: BenQ GW2255 60Hz 21.5" Monitor ($118)

That's all i will get peripherals on my own but i will be using this PC to play games like GTAV, Amra 3, DayZ, Minecraft, and many more, also i will be streaming these games too.

I was wondering if this PC can do what i was asking for also, wanted to know if i change the Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor CPU to an Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor to save 100 bucks so i can buy more games and upgrade the MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB to 4Gb, and if i did this will it affect my plans of streaming, video editing, and gaming.

Thanks in advance

looks acceptable, would ditch the monitor for something that's 75hz+ 1ms up to 4ms since you are video editing you've got room to add memory so that good, you might need it but should be fine, am not sure what kind of video you are editing streaming and recording tho. microcenter has 8gb evga 2400mhz memory for less like $55 but it's not a big deal.

I like both Jeff and OKC's recommendations but I'd buy the above set if I were to pick.
