first thing you can do is when you press the power button, give the machine a minute or so to boot. when you press the power button again see what the machine does. if it turns right off that means its not booting into the system and its likely your motherboard or psu. if you have to hold the power button to turn it off its probably your graphics card. first thing you can do is check all connections. second, buy a psu tester from amazon or replace the psu. third, try a different graphics card. fourth, replace mobo.
if the keyboard doesnt light up that would rule out your graphics card but its worth a mention.
