Is a 500W PSU Enough for this build?

I have a 500W Coolermaster PSU just lying around and I'm wondering if it would be enough for my build

Gigabyte GA-Z97X UD3H Motherboard
Intel i7-4790
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB
Corsair H90 Water cooler
4 x G.Skill Ripjaw 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz (Have lying around)
2 x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition Fan

Easily enough. You could even have gotten a 430W one. However, getting 500W is smarter. [strike]Locked [/strike]i7 with power efficient Nvidia GPU makes 500W a piece of cake.

120 watt card 90 watt processor about 75 for everything else. Less than 285 watts running a full system stress test.
More in the 220 area during gaming.

Minimum PSU for GTX 960 is 400w, 500w will do just fine.
