Suspicious Windows Process.

Solution
Most likely yes. Run a full virus scan in safe mode with a antivirus program like malwarebytes.

If that doesn't remove the process, open msconfig
Check the services/startup tab for anything suspicious, and disable it
Reboot after and it should be gone.

Solution
not bringing anybody down here.still, like usaf said lets find out what it is before we try to terminate it.depending on what it is there will be a fix.no one fix works for every malware.also, when altering services configurations,it should be done by going to control panel>administrative tools>services.be carefull changing the settings on these.here is a link to tweaking your services.http://www.blackviper.com/service-configurations/black-vipers-windows-7-service-pack-1-service-configurations/

I agree 100% with USAFret. Identify what the process is before terminating it, thanks. Going to be more careful next time.
