What should I upgrade in my gaming pc for recording videos and playing at max settings.

Hello what in my pc should i upgrade for a future proof gaming recording and editing pc for max settings. Here are my specs


  • CPU: FX8300
    Memory: DDR3 1600 4g+8g
    Hdd:2tb Sata3
    Odd: 24xdvd rw
    Vga: amd hd8760/1gd5
    0s:windows 8

Seems like your graphics card is the weakest link. I recommend an upgrade. Please take the wattage required by the system in consideration before choosing a card to upgrade to or upgrade your PSU as well if needed. I take it you have 8 GB RAM, right?

Upgrading the RAM to DDR4 would require a brand new extra priced X99 motherboard as well as an expensive 2011LGA CPU. I am getting the idea that OP has a limited budget, which makes me think that wouldn't be helpful at all. On the other hand, his GPU is too weak for his CPU, so I think upgrading his GPU would be a much better choice here. On the other hand, upgrading the CPU would also be very expensive as he'd need to get a brand new motherboard and an i5, since the AM3+ socket doesn't allow for any justifiable upgrade, as the socket is basically dead. I really think that the GPU should be the thing that should be upgraded.
