Solution jimmysmitty Jun 16, 2015 http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/sapphire_vapor_x_r9_280x_tri_x_oc/4.htm 1160MHz is what they got, doesn't mean you will get that nor that that will be your limit but the best one is the Toxic which got to 1244MHz. But 1150MHz is the norm with 1200MHz being the top end overclocks for the R9 280x.
