My computer won't let me download anything and it's an acer windows 7 computer tablet because whenever I try to download something it just say there is a virus detected every time I try to download something so please tell me how to nuke it.

A factory reset is usally very effective at that but it may wipe all your personal data so you should be sure to have backed that up first.
