I AM NOT GOING OVER 1300 USD

I'll be using this build for playing Skyrim with TONS of Graphic enhancing mods and a good ENB and games like Battlefield 4 at atleast 1080p with a good frame rate.

I tried making a bunch myself but I always end up going way over budget and ending up at like 2000 USD or something so I need some help
Keep in mind I need a monitor and a keyboard and a mouse
Preffered Stuff

Color Scheme Blue and Black
Case NZXT H440
Monitor Anything good at 144 HZ+
Mouse Nothing in particular, I'm right handed.

I think you've seen from the other builds you've posted that your requirements don't fit your budget.

$250 in the monitor immediately, so you might as well leave it out and call this a $1000 PC, anyways...

Tried to put this out there yesterday, but a mod closed the thread. Should be enough leeway for you to switch out for the H440, the S340 has the exact same internals, and is a lot cheaper right now.
