I just sold a pair of G Skill ddr3 1600 2x4gb and the customer is saying that it is not compatible with his motherboard. ASUS Maximus VII Hero motherboard. Is this correct?

Solution
Not correct. What problem is he having? Tell him to test one module at a time. Ask him if it is showing any solid LED lights. If DRAM LED is on, and nothing works, it may be a defective motherboard. He can try testing with other RAM to confirm.

Shoot him my email and I can help him directly so you don't need to worry. ;)
