Radeon r7 260x with 2 hard drives and 450W psu

A couple of years ago i fucked up my old hard drive so I replaced it with two 320 Gbytes hard drives (+5V 0.72A, +12V 0.52A). I have a 450W power supply (Power up! brand) and I would like to know if i could run a Radeon r7 260x graphics card on it without any risks.

It will run with out any risks, but it will be at high load the whole time, also I have never heard of power up, so I would recommend a new power supply if you can afford one, because with a poor power supply all bets are off as to what can happen.

Do you think it would be better with Geforce gtx 750 ti?
