I already downloaded the game but when I click Play, it says that the video card does not meet the specifications and to make sure that the installations are up to date.

Generally that means upgrade your graphics card.

What game did you get and what are your computer specifications (to include the make and model of your power supply). Also, how much are you willing to spend upgrading your system?
