windows7 won't boot

I was using windows 7 ultimate 32bit which got slow suddenly..i restarted it & it got stuck at "starting windows".
tried to reinstall with dvd.chose ultimate 64bit. "expanding windows files" took 9hr.installation was complete.it restarted.at "starting services" it went back to installation process.everything was green tick except "completing installation" which was stuck for 2hrs with no success..i swithed off.
tried to format C: drive which kept me waiting for 40mins when i cancelled it.
what to do now??

Will if you had 32bit , it's probably because your processor only supports that . I recommend installing 32bit again . If your computer is slow then you can open it and make sure it's clean and dusted . To provide you with further more info then please list the pc model or your build
