i've recently downloaded a movie which contained alot of spyware and subsequtently removed it with Malwarebytes. Although the malwares were removed my FPS still suffers from a bad 9-15 fpsish although it was 100+ before. I've checked that I wasn't using intergrated graphics to run my game and using Nvidia's. If there's any other solution other than refreshing my pc please tell me ASAP thanks

There is a good chance all the infected files weren't removed and that infact you are reinfected. You will need to run a boot time scan OR use a Kapersky, AVG, Avast, etc. rescue disc which boots into linux from a CD/USB and does a boot time/root kit scan and will be able to remove it all since nothing on the windows partition will be active.

I personally use AVG's rescue disc (I don't recommend their AV, but the rescue disc works wonders).

EDIT: Malware Bytes only has real time active protection with premium. If you don't have it you can get 1 year licenses for a few bucks at G2A.com (Its a 100% legal and legit site before someone throws a fit).
